Privacy & Personal Information

We collect only necessary personal information to provide detailing services and process payments. Personal data is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA where applicable) and our detailed Privacy Policy.

  • Retention: we retain booking and transaction records for legitimate business purposes and legal compliance.
  • Third parties: service providers (payment processors, mapping, logistics) may receive limited data under contract.
  • Your rights: access, correction, and complaint channels are available; see the Privacy Policy for how to exercise them.

Consumer Rights & Guarantees (Canada)

Nexopulseclub complies with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws. Below are common topics and remedies available to consumers in Canada.

Customers may cancel or reschedule within the timeframe specified at booking. Refunds for prepayments are handled per the booking terms; fees may apply for late cancellations. Provincial consumer protection may impose additional rights — we follow the stricter applicable rule.

We warrant workmanship for a limited period as communicated with each service. Warranties do not cover pre-existing damage or defects unrelated to our services. For ceramic coatings and PPF, manufacturer-specific terms may apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province where services are supplied. Disputes should first be directed to our support; unresolved matters may be brought to applicable provincial consumer protection agencies or small claims court. Where agreed, arbitration may be used.

Intellectual Property & Use

All content on this site — text, images, logos — is owned or licensed by Nexopulseclub. You may not reproduce or use our trademarks without written permission. Customers grant Nexopulseclub a limited license to use photos of vehicles for portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexopulseclub's liability for damages arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by provincial consumer protection legislation.
